Wordpress Needed!

Hello TF!

I am currently looking for a developer who can simply install a wordpress theme and make any modifications as needed. The modifications would be discussed before any work is done. I am looking to actually purchase this theme

It obviously won't take very long to do. Please let me know of a price to get the theme up and running on our website address then I we can talk about modifications before we start the work. Yes, we do have hosting all set up.
