At least do some color correction to the image... It's looking pretty dull right now...

the peir is actually a local peir, so it's kind of neccissary in the picture, i'll add some colors to the sky.

If that image is crucial, then get a better quality version, because that image is low quality and drags the quality of what you have so far down.

That scrollbar at the bottom needs to go, borders too. Copyright needs to go down below... and this comments come from somebody starting up! :P
