What are the values of .net domains compared to .com

What are the problems with a .net domain?

Values in terms of marketing it's lower. In terms of SEO, they have the same value. I've never heard about any problems with .net before..

I haven't really heard anything about .net domains being valued lower. If there is already a .com, then a .net about the same subject might be valued at a slightly lower price. However, some people may find .net's more appropriate for their website, and may pay a higher price for a .net. It really depends on the domain.

I think the value of these domains are the same.
