"Nintendo Wii" Domain Names

Since Nintendo released there new system name today - the Nintendo Wii (pronouned We) - people have been registering Wii domains like crazy. I was just surprised to see how fast they all went in just one day.

Has anyone here bought any yet hoping to sell later or maybe develop?

Things like these usually come and go...

I guess its called a "fad".

Hmm, they all doing this because they think the 'Wii' domain names will sell out for a lot.

UMPC domains were registered in quite a hurray... worth pretty little now, possibly in the future they maybe worth more, as too the case with wii.

All the Revolution domains are pretty worthless now though...

I wish I would've caught WiiGames.com though.

Hmm I did a whois search on a few random wii names and the name I kept seeing on like 5 or 6 out of the 10 I saw, was Jonathan O Yantis. If this is who I think it is he is already a millionare from the virtual item market in MMORPGs and is currently the Chief Strategic Officer for IGE, the leading company in the MMORPG virtual item market.

I wonder what intrest he has in the wii though if this is him. The domains I remember seeing his name under

can't remember the other domains I saw his name under

I wanted to get wiicheats and wiicheat. But they were gone. :P

Just tried a couple, disappointed that "wiitalk.com" (wetalk) was taken. :-\

I tried that one too. Hehe.

I bought WiiOwn.com/net, doubt I'll get much for them later though.
