  Old  Lemon Logo

Was playing around with Illustrator today and this is what I came up with. I know its kinda small but being vector you can enlarge it! Anyway what do you guys think? Bennet I'm coming for you

It's pretty... simple... maybe you could add some shade or other effect that make it more attractive... Also, maybe you could find a way to make it more like a lemon. If you would have shown me the picture without telling me it was supposed to be a lemon, I'd have said it to be a baloon . Try adding some dots (like on real lemons)

It's a good start, but it's more a piece of clip art than a "logo" (that's not meant as an insult). For improvements, you could start with perhaps adding a more defined shadow on the underside of the lemon (it's too bright under there, compared to the highlight). Also, add in some texture to give us the impression that it's a lemon and not a water baloon, egg yolk, or something else. Finally, I'm really picky about things like this so could you centre the text under the lemon just for me?

If you're up for a bit of a challenge (or, more work) why not split the lemon open and show us some of the inside. We could say for sure that it's a lemon then!

Can't see the difference really... and why not importing this to PS and work there instead of illustrator?

try tilting the monitor back, you can see a texture on it.

Haha

Its a good start but it looks squashed. I think make it a bit more rotund and find a way to add some nicer looking texture to it.

Yeah the texture could be more fine and the first one looked a bit like a baloon maybe because of how you did that light reflect... There's something cute about that logo
