Most made on one project?
What's the most you've made on a single project?
The site I'm just finishing up on has ended up paying me a little over $20,000 ($3,000 of which went to my programmer) plus 10% ownership of the company
edit: This included complete design and construction (all XHTML/CSS), server set-up, project-management, creating the spec and coming up with a better name for the company than was initially decided upon.

So far the biggest "pay check" I received was $150-180, but I just recently started to do freelancing seriously so it should go up pretty soon.

One project: $2800. Consultation, programming, support, upgrades.

Patrick

I don't have any large coding projects up and running as of now, but I sell website hosting and it seems to pay off well.

I had 1-2 projects $4-6k+ that I can't go any further about. Dumb agreements! Hehe.
Of course a cut came out of that to my coder... but not to much.

The biggest single project is about $400 (current one i'm working on for my mums school ) However, I did once win a competition for a $1000 site on freewebhostingtalk but ended up withdrawing from completing the project due to communication issues with the client.
If we're talking about other projects, I made $4,000 selling banners2go which I guess was one of my projects

$200 for a simple webdesign. It was for a school project. and my teacher bought the site from me. He didn't know that the site took me about 4 hours to make
