Dedicated PHP/xHTML/CSS Coder Required

We're currently building a gaming organization focused on Counter-Strike and Counter-Strike: Source. We're half way through the process. We're urgently looking for a dedicated PHP/xHTML/CSS Coder to join our development team. In exchange of the services we're offering a percentage of the company for a selected period of time, prime advertising spots and a life time free account to the service.

We're located at http://www.frag-points.com and we have completed our design. We just require the coding of the PSD and a little PHP system on the website.

Lucas, could you please give a little more detail on the PHP that you're needing done?

The PHP system would be pretty simple. It would make a account system (register/login) and print some statistics from the Counter-Strike Servers from the MySQL database, maybe a few more things like prizes system and so on, but nothing out of the box. The server side coding and mysql is already done, we just need to make it show on the website.

If needed, I might get separate coders for xHTML/CSS and PHP.
