Need PHP programmer (2 projects)

Yes another MySpace related topic i know!

But anyway, on to business.
I would like a replication of two scripts that are on this website:
Firstly, one that uses google maps which can be seen at http://www.modmyprofile.com/Tools.php?id=15

Secondly, a tracker that can keep you updated with how popular your site has been http://www.modmyprofile.com/Tools.php?id=88

Two people can take on the projects, or they can both be handled by the same person i don't mind.
Payment will be fair, i know these won't take 5 minutes and i'm more than willing to offer a reasonable price for meeting my specification.
