Old  HTML Strict - Cross browsering

Hey everyone,
As some of your know i've gotten into tableless coding as well as further into PHP coding, but i'm stuck on the tableless part.
I have a design that i've coded (looks great/works great in firefox) although the downfall comes with it looking like it has had a seizure and died when viewed in Internet Explorer.

I'm looking for someone to either guide me to fix the cross browser compatibility issues or to fix them for me so i can look through and learn from it.

As for a budget, i really don't have anything to give but can obtain funds if need be. Anyone out there willing to propose something?

Regards,

I don't see much wrong with it in IE or in that Safari screenshot. Can you give us a description of your problem?
