Just come realise that my site isnt working anymore. Keep getting a page load error / domain couldn't be found etc.
If anyone is with these guys, are you having problems as well?

I'm pretty upset, I own a forum with many members and providing resources whilst it's peak time in the UK and it suddenly goes off. It's been down for hours and members are getting very upset.

Yeah, It's hard to get clients when your website is down
Anyone know where Lucas is? Haven't seen him online.

That's odd that even if he went on vacation, that he wouldn't at least ensure things are stable on a daily basis, or even just find someone to do his work for him while he's gone. When you're a one-man show, you still have to be around to "work" even on vacation. :\
When I went on vacation, I still had access to my support system through my phone (so while I was on flights and layovers, I had access.) Hell, I even had someone "on call" to deal with stuff that required more time than answering a ticket with what I had already.

You could contact his provider BetaOrange dugg up and ask them to fix the problem/notify them of it. Cut out the middle man and go straight to the source of the problem; Lucas would just ask what the hell us up to his providers anyhoo..

You're joking right?
This takes the ****ing ****. I hate webhosts.
First I was with earnershost to develop my site, then because of his vendetta i was moved over to sensehost. I spoke to lucas and he guaranteed me hardly any downtime.
I wanted to launch my site tonight. Looks like i'll look for another new host.
