Old  Looking for service so client can update site themselves...

I'm a designer that works primarily in flash animation and motion graphics, that's been approached by a friend of a friend about helping them design their website for a dance studio. I told them that I have design chops, but they'd have to be patient with me as I don't have a lot of experience programming websites (I did my own portfolio but did it on my own time & pace).

The client wants a fairly simple website (about page, class info, photos, events, etc.)... Is there any easy-to-use services/programs out there that will allow me to set it up so they can update content on their own? I think they want to be able to post when new events are happening, what's new, update photos of events, etc. Or even a website with templates, that they could update? They don't have any html knowledge...

Like I said, I'm kind of a noob here, so you won't insult my intelligence by stating whats obvious (to you guys).

Thank you advance for any advice!
