Hi, i have tried uNiT but seems he is busy. not answering my reply in forum.

So i need a coder who can convert PSD to Xhtml/CSS
It is very easy lay out. i am willing to pay $25 for it.

OMG LIKE CHILL OUT. I sent you another email stating that I didn't feel like doing it for $25 after all. If you didn't get it, there's nothing I can do about that.

Just find someone else that will do it for you for that cheap.
