HoangMedia.net looking for a designer

Well, I've decided to step down as a designer and would look someone new aboard. I'm gonna try and make this brief so here goes.

Basically, I will be getting the clients and you will do the design part. You will get paid for the work that you do. So, you will receive 40%, the coder will receive 40% and I will get 20%. And you can expect all of our work to be good-paying projects.

Requirements:
Portfolio
Work that can be displayed on Hoang Media's portfolio
Good attitude
Online atleast 4 days a week
