Building My Portfolio - Read Inside (Web Design)

I need to build up my portfolio. In order to do this I will be creating 2 website templates or blog templates per week for 10 weeks. I hope that this will encourage people to use my services and help me get established.

is it for free, or is it for a small fee?

Not for free, just cheaper than you would normally expect to find. That doesn't meant you wont have to pay for the design though.
