 Adsense... Is this okay?
Not trying to plug my website or anything...
Is this okay, as in, will it get banned from adsense?

I believe that is not allowed Scott.
I don't know why, I just think I remember that you cannot have a page solely dedicated to adverts.

I believe if you have ads next to images, you have to have a border around the ads.

Google recommends that you put a border around it to seperate the images from the ad. If they find a layout like this they will ban the account. However even with a border some accounts still get banned, but this would be in a case of something like a #efefef border on a #fff background. If you put a border on it you can contact google and a rep will review the page and give you advice, but if you have a questionable border and google finds it, chances are they'll ban the account. This has been my experience anyway.

Why would you care if this is okay? You already broke a rule in section 1 of the ToC because you agreed that you were 18+...

Legally, the account is in my mothers name. I just 'help' her with it.
I guess if I ad some text + a border it would be okay? I will add some then email google.

Just FYI sharing your CPM or Amount information is also against Google TOS and they can ban you for it. (But, I've only seen them do it once)
edit: By giving us the amount and number of impressions, we can figure out your CPM.
