Using radio buttons in a flash form

I currently working on a project for a friend, making a request form in flash, however I was asked to integrate radio buttons and check boxes, I have them appropriately grouped however I am unable to have them submit the information to the corresponding php page. I know that the problems lies in the flash file however I am unaware as to how to go about it. If someone knows how to take care of this I would appreciate the help.
