Safe Mode + No Networking and try running programs from there. Your antivirus (if it's any good) should detect / quarantine / delete it. Otherwise use hijack this/that (forget name), it should do the job.

Yah, get like a cd of an antivirus or antispyware program, just like download it on another computer and burn it onto a cd. Then start windows in safe mode.............ohhh i think you can't install anything in safe mode and you cant run the internet either... So just try going into safe mode and see what you can do.

Get a Live CD such Ubuntu Live (Linux), boot the machine with this. Then copy or burn the files to somewhere else. Next time you access the files under Windows, make sure you have anti-virus up-to-date.

Or try to boot Windows in Safe Mode and just burn the files he needs on a cd then reformat.

I think if nothing else works your absolute best bet will be to back up all these important files to a cd and reformat.
