favicon in IE

Hi!

Can anyone tell me why my favicon.ico don't load in IE.
My site is here

My code is:

and my favicon is in the root folder named favicon.ico

It looks fine in Firefox and Safari.
My favicon is 16x16px and, I believe, only 16 colours.

because ie6 doesn't do favicons.

But, it doesn't load in IE7 either..

loads in IE7 for me.. after a couple of seconds anyway

This is the best way to insure it works in all browers.
