I have only seen a couple of threads in the last year get slightly out of hand in a very short time due to staff being unavailable. I don't think that because of this we need more staff. What we might need is another staff member from my area, someone else from the Southern Hemisphere that watches things while the rest of you sleep

I agree with the person who said we have some useless staff. hakeem? And Lauren? I think she is great on MSN, but dosen't do that much for TalkFreelance.

I wouldn't mind becoming a staff member again, I hate that this place is quickly going downhill in regards to post quality and the lack of active moderation of some members.

I think the current staff is doing a great job as they are. There is always someone around to take care of any big matter that arises. However, if i was approached to become a mod or any way more affiliated with TFL i'd oblige.

Maybe Lauren and patrickPaul are lurkers? but it looks like Hakeem has forgotten about this site since he only visited it for a 7 day time span and hasn't been back since.
