Old  WordPress Theme Building for everyone

I just saw this today, kinda cool. Helps you make a wordpress theme out of any standard (x)HTLM/CSS coded site.

http://www.themespress.com/

I've no need to try it but if anyone uses it, I'd like to hear how it worked for them.

That's a neat little tool, i'm just customising wordpress (for the first time) for a primary school web site.

I've got to admit customising it is quite easy if you are familiar with css, html and a little php. But this tool would be invaluable for those of us who don't have the coding know how

One thing I'd watch out for when getting a new theme is how compliant the code is. I got a new one when I started my current blog and it was full of errors. It worthwhile running the pages through the W3 markup validation service and also running the CSS code through a checker too

That is cool. I use Wordpress exclusively on my blogs. It's just so easy to set up and use. Here is a very long list (almost 1000) of themes that I reference when I'm looking for a new theme.

Click here for the list of themes.
