Firefox is starting to get major popups like on IE. Probably because it's gotten more popular and those spyware creators are aiming at it now. Is Firefox really that much safer than IE now? IMO, Firefox will become as dangerous as IE in the near future. All IE needs is tabbed browsing and it'll be just as good as FF.

Even if we would forget about safety and tabs, Firefox remains still much better than IE.

Think about CSS, extensions and PNG.

i can see firefox bods developing the browser with more requent updates to stop this. i havent had any yet effecting my pcs

that is true yes. but it hasnt had half as many flaws as ie has
