User Registrations Hit a New High

There was a lot of upheaval when all the new staff came on board, and a lot of you aired concerns about whether it was the right thing to do.

So it is great to note that new user registrations hit 590 in October and 583 in November - this beats the previous best of 440 in any month and is more than double this time last year.

I put this down to all the great work the new staff have have done and would like to thank them publicly for it.

That I can't tell - but it indicates that there are a lot more people signing up as member who where previously just "lurkers".

Good to hear, as Gareth said, unless the staff are activley promoting talkfreelance in other forums (which I doubt) then it's probably due to search engine listings that have increased/risen over the past several years.

Good job everyone, I agree that everyone has contributed well and the forum is once again a great place to be at
