I love http://www.scintilla.org/SciTE.html as it seems to work a little better than Notepad++ if you can find the 1.59 build.

I don't really like Dreamweaver because it always thinks it knows better than me ;P

i have only ever worked with dreamweaver, it does all what i need although expensive

Komodo Edit is good, if you're looking for some free.
Komodo IDE, is the commercial version, but I doubt many people actually need that one.
