Can anyone suggest me a good link exchange program

I need a good link exchange program for my foamy site

however, I don't know where to begin, i know there's lots out there but don't wanna play trial and error so....anyone care to suggest one that they use or know to be good?

I want it to be part of my site and not my forum (like the one I have on The Hang Out)

Well it's kind of similar...people add your link to their site and you add theirs to yours. I'm not sure how well it works for other websites but it works perfectly for directories

i think you should check articles related to that you may find a way. how to do or is it is good or there is other option like which will give you more suitable advice and you can make the best for you. you may find many articles related to link exchange or you should check the web design company they can do this.
