Whenever someone does, there is a bot. :\

Or maybe an admin can add something so you have to do image verification to register?

You don't have that exact phrase, you are fine with vBulletin skin or anything similar without using that exact phrase.

Yep Forum Skin in Topic titles seems to be the target word

3 Topics on the frontpage of the showcase gallery right now with "forum skin" titles and all 3 have/had spam bots.
