umm no i did not .He just does not like me his name is peter and he is just trying to stop me from working because he has a sad life.
Also if i designed first i would not ask for the cash.(and i have never deginsed for anyone)

MODERATORS: I AM NOT JOKING. I asked this guy to do a simple design job for $40. I asked him to do it, and he said ok. He asked for a deposit of 40%. I gave him it, $16. He never replied back. I got the quote from his website (hosted by freewebs).
