Old  Buying new computer, need some help!

Hi, I saved a few bucks and I'm going to need some help deciding the best components for my new computer.

Here's what I'm thinking of:

mobo: Asus P5N32-E SLI PLUS
cpu: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
video: BFG GeForce 8800GTS
ram: Corsair 4GB DDR2 1066MHz > http://www.price.ro/specificatii_cor..._kit_79546.htm ? I think the frequency is different, so will they work on that motherboard? What other good options do I have for mobo's I need sli and I need about 4GB ram.

hdd: WD or Seagate 320GB

and power supply, will 560W be enough? I'm thinking of buying one of these: Sirtec 560W - http://www.intend.ro/index.php?main_...oducts_id=8562

For the case, I've been thinking of antec's nine hundred (http://www.intend.ro/index.php?main_...ducts_id=7302), it's pretty good.. you can't find many cases here in Romania, you have few options..

Also, could someone recommend me a good cpu cooler?

Any advice and help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
