Best Permalink Style?

What is the best permalink style?

I currently have it set to "/%postname%/", but what if I have duplicate post names in the future?

I just want something that would make it easy to remember for people.

Duplicate posts just add on a "-2" at the end of the post name.

Still looking for feedback on the best permalink style.

you should have the date in it too, that wont effect your SEO I dont think, only improve it. allthough I might be wrong

I always go for

Code:

/%category%/%post_id%/%postname%

That way I dont have to worry about the duplicate titles thing and I have both the post title and cetegory for seo.

Duplicate post titles won't matter since Wordpress just shoves a number on the end if there's already one the same.
