  Old  [Hiring]Need website coded

I am in need of a xhtml/css coder. Here is a preview of my site: PREVIEW
I need the website plus 2 subpages coded. Here is one of the subpages I made a mockup of(I already have the script for the rating and comments, you just have to implement them into the page): PREVIEW and I have the other mockup subpage but it is in html(it is much easier, just a very large table and lots of anchors).

I have to spend under $50 as that is all I have.
