Problem with phpadsnew! :(

Hey, i'm trying to add a new banner to the rotator but for some reason it doesn't want to appear. I've done the usual steps as with all my advertisers but this one isn't working. Anyone have any similar problems/ideas why it isn't? It's really annoying because It's for a very important website that is linking back to tf
