  Old  How to Copy/Design Menubar in Photoshop (NEED HELP)

Hey people,

How do I make a menu bar exactly like to this one in Photoshop?: http://themeforest.net/item/news-mag...preview/233214

Can someone make a quick video on how to do this?
I know how to make a simple menu, but how do I figure out what font he is using in the menubar? and what effects he's using to make it look like that? I like the hoover effect.
