 Question: Are you annoyed with hiring second-rate freelancers? (please read)
Sometimes, hiring the right person to do a job is about as hard as pulling teeth.
Most of the time, you decide on a person who seems right, but ultimately:a) does not deliver on time.
b) charges too much.
c) lacks in communication.
d) is rarely available.
