help me check my host speed

I have 1 site that I think is getting slow
since my connection is painfully slow, still waiting that the company hooks this area up to the just laid fibers, I can't test it myself.
I have uploaded a big file, I'd like to know what speed you get downloading it so please try to download it and post the speed you get along with your connection speed possibly
