Should tf allow images in signatures?
Over the last few days i've noticed more and more users using large images in their signitures, especially animated ones.....i'm wondering what the community as a whole feels about this?
Do you think we should allow images in signitures or keep them just text?

Small images aren't a problem for me personally, the larger ones can be a nuisance though in my opinion.

Is my one too big?
I normally use this size for other forums I visit...
If you would like me to resize i will
But personally - I hate animated sigs, but normal ones arent too bad

Marky, your sig is to big. The max size is 450 x 60, I will be updating the rules regarding this now

Still a noob here, but my vote is to keep them text only. I tend to not visit forums where this feature is turned on. IMHO you can change your avatar to reflect the image that you want to put in your sig.

I voted 'Don't care' I just wouldn't like to see played-out filtered signatures about, you know what I mean? It's best to keep this place to the high standard that it is at without the need to moderate people. The state of other forums right now is quite shocking, no names mentioned! D: Then again I realise people may use images in their signatures to advertise their site - whereas I do not.

I agree st0rmi, i'm working on sorting a few of these issues out on tf before they escalate....I can see this signiture situation could get out of control if something isn't done about it

I really don't think it's worth the bother; only if it is properly moderated. You'll always get the new members adding their signatures from alternate forums that they post at, without realising there are signature rules etc. Just like I did
