Both are looking great, although the url under ClientExec could be a bit darker. I need to look closer to be able to read it, so I dunno what it'd be like for older people with poorer vision. Just a bit darker, and it'll be perfect.

Hey guys, thanks for your feedback. My banner isn't at wht (an identical one is) Alberto wanted it to look like it, this banner is actually 445x60 and thats why i had to create it from scratch. Anymore comments?

I think your banner skills are amazing, let me say that to start off :P
As for the banner on the left, I can say that either lose the guy or the woman, seems as though you're trying to cram a bit too much there. The banner on the right has the element of price there ($99) which usually gives you the chance to add that extra bit of information. Again, I recommend using 1 picture of the 2.
