 Radio Logo
This logo is for my college's radio station. What do you think? Should i start over and do a less "glossy" design?
Overall opinions welcomed

Nice use of Lightning style bolts for the typography.. But I don't think the colour matches the whole " Storm " thing, I'd also have thought itd have more to do with music and flow being a radio station?
Maybe a less glossy design would be better?

Exactly what i was about to say, a radio station is about news/music, it doesnt resemble either. Maybe draw out some ideas first, that what I usually do for a good concept.
Also, on the bottom half of the typography, it looks a little blury.

Not sure about the effects you put on the logo itself. Maybe put the bolts striking from "above" onto the T or M rather than striking off them.

I like the style of the logo and what you've tried to achieve their just doesn't seem to be real meaning to the logo? Its supposed to be for a radio station so try to show that Storm is a radio station in the logo.
