Looks much better, I think the bottom needs something else as it looks a little bare with just the two plans.

Nice unique design mate. Cant say much i dislike about it but i think that there is definatly too much room for text and the header is way too saturated. Having such a vivid colored header with the other colors used in the design dosnt really mix well in my opinion.
