I use /lin-ix/ or /lin-ux/.

I also spell SQL and URL but say /gooey/ for GUI.

It's Gooey not G-U-I. I have been in programming lectures and the professor has called it Gooey. I suppose there is no set word but as far as I know, Gooey is acceptable.
