the only way u can stop it is buy buying all teh domain extensions related to your domain name. And as far as i know there are no rules saying he cant own that domain. He jsut happned to buy it before you did indy (the.net i mean)

The domain is in violation of the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy.

From my understanding of that, it is only for names that are deemed abusive. Thats how i read it anyway:

Disputes alleged to arise from abusive registrations of domain names (for example, cybersquatting)

There are no laws that stop people buying domian names. if a domain is available anyone can buy it. I have to say you are sad to complain about a domian with some files on it.
