PR updates all the time, as Google trawls the web. Google exports its PR data for the toolbar and thousands of PR-related sites roughly every three months.
Masta, smiliedev.com seems to be PR1 for me at least.

Huh - is it me, or is the toolbar messed up? Fifteen minutes ago it shows a site PR4 - then later PR0. What's going on?

haha my toolbar is showing 0 aswell, but if you check PR sites / live PR Checkers it shows the actual PR

Ah, it's back up again! Very weird, I closed the browser and reloaded it again - and it resetted to PR4
