Aros, I am not trying to argue with you. Google last updated its TOOLBAR in January. PR is updating all the time, you just don’t see it.
I will try and find a link to backup my statement.
Edit:
PR updates only change what you see in the toolbar. PR is updated by Google regularly (probably daily) so you won't see any kind of changes based on this "PR Update".

That's not true, last update was in January.. I didn't even have the Google Toolbar untill a few weeks ago, I used to check through seochat.com which doesn't just use the toolbar PR server. No updates, anywhere.

Also jon, I'm talking about visible PR.. Not your rank within Google.

You’re getting the wrong end of the stick. It’s a common misconception. Google DO update there PR all the time, only there is no way of telling how much PR you have / haven’t got until google update there toolbar, which they don’t do very often like you said. Whatever you use to check your pagerank; seochat.com, pagerank.net or googles toolbar itself… it will tell you the same thing.
I think a sitepoint mentor with over 6000 posts and over 700 reputation points knows what he is talking about.

Then it's not an update, well it would be within Google itself but not for the outside world. That is what I'm talking about.

I'm afraid Jon is right, Google updates PR everyday but only it's toolbar now and then. You're confuesing updating the PR and the toolbar Aros.

I'm not confusing anything with anything, like I said I'm talking about the visible PR.

It has to be cleared up because other people get misconceptions about it.
