Same Template or rip?

just browsin the web and I cam across these to sites, just wondering weather one of the two has taken the others design or weather they have just bought the same template.

Looks like a templatemonster template to me, so they probably bought the same one

It is a templatemonster template, and yes they did buy the same one

To me, It looks like JakoWenko purchased the template - Or infact designed it as I do not know for sure that its a template.

Pinnacle Media have then ripped this design, to a very poor standard. The item that gives this away as a Rip is the flash header. The logo within it is JakoWenko's logo. Unless of course, this is a template and JakoWenko have chosen to use the standard template logo, and Pinnacle have decided to use it too.

I bought it as the past one needed a change. Within a few weeks I should have a brand new one custom made from our very own Anthony.

Pinnacle Media's sure does load slow as hell though, just noticed that.
