Last thing I'm going to say on this because I don't want to throw everything off course here but I have to ask how you can say that? Is it simply because they don't post alot that you think that?

I could go now and look through the banned members list, the deleted posts and threads and guarantee to you that every single moderator has put alot into each.

Also, TalkFreelance isn't the kind of forum where moderators are chosen by post count. As I keep saying, you don't need to post alot to moderate a forum.

Anyway thats just my opinion. Personally if people don't think too highly of the staff that doesn't offend me one bit but it does annoy me because in Julian and seen.to we have about as good as mods as you are likely to get yet they don't get the full respect they deserve just because they don't post everyday. I don't understand that one bit.
