Looking for professional valid xhtml/css coder multiple projects $$$

Hi there,

Reason i post here is because i need to get the projects up and running before i can pay you, but if your work is good i can pay you $100 - $150 for coding per project.

I have about 6 projects in total i'll need the coder for, coder must be able to code well for all browsers/systems (if it's possible).

Good opportunity for a good coder, long term work. Could be asking a lot for the work to be completed before paying but it will definately be worth it in the long run and you will get paid whether it's before or after the work is completed.

I can even exchange design work for the first project to be finished.

I can give you a preview of the first project but i can't release the design here so you'll have to contact me for it (not quite finished yet).
