It used to be like that but I changed it. You can simply change the watermark image so it says your sites name. I made it like this so it gets you more traffic - if a user puts there own text on then they won't know it's done by your site. But if your site name is on the image it will get you more traffic and visitors.

can you make the watermarking optional, so you can have regular image uploading and watermarking(optional)

also, is it possible to have the code output with several different text boxes showing direct URL, BB cODE, forum code, etc.

These features may come in the next version. But as it stands I won't be updating it for a while. If you like, I can give you the email of a coder who will add those features for you for a small fee.
