 Good FTP software?
Hey, I am looking for a decent ftp program. I have used a few before, but they were all only 30 day trials. Does anyone know of a completely free good one? And no spyware and all that stuff.

SmartFTP, it's technically a trial but it still runs forever.

I'm afraid nothing in this life comes for free buddy
WS_FTP_PRO works like a charm though, it's free for 30 days and it doesn't cost much to buy!

SmartFTP is easily the best, out of any FTP application.
I've tried many. LeapFTP, LeechFTP, CuteFTP, SmartFTP, WS_FTP, and so on.
And SMartFTP stands out, because it's free, and it's about as good as WS_FTP.

Yeah Firezilla is pretty good, and it is actually free! (not as in beer)

I use a trial for SmartFTP, it says that I have to buy it when I enter the program, but then I just press ok, and I can continue using it. Strange, but whatever.
I reccomend it pretty much, it can do all the stuff that I use, and it's fast.

I use FTP Surfer nice and simple plus Free. Are you talking about Filezilla? If so thats a good one as well and free but I had some problems with it (I forget what though).
