Adding post to offer sections

Hi

I just joined a few days back.
And would like to be a active member of this forum by helping the members and offering them discount on our products
Just 2 days back I was able to post in the offers section
but today i cant
Has the rules been changed?

Should I have n number of posts etc before I can post there?

Also would like to know how I can post in the Contest section?
What are the rules?

Our rules have been put into effect since yesterday, you now need over 5 posts to have access to private messaging, sig use and the advertisement forums.

In regards to the contest section, you must be a member of the design team and you can apply for this here http://www.talkfreelance.com/apply.php, applications are reviewed every month or so.

though i do feel that the contest section should available for all.
