Just installed and tested phproxy... it doesnt work with youtube either!

nope youtube is fussy, cgiproxy has better compatibility but slower speeds and phproxy has worse compatibility but better speeds

phproxy is the best. you don't need to create your own proxy though. I created http://medleymind.com/browse/ and it isn't blocked by websense. Also it is the only web proxy I know of that works with youtube.
