Wow, that's a good one. Considering the fact that findtutorials.com isn't used either you should be able to sell this for a pretty good value. Why not develope it? You would make MUCH more if you developed it...even if it takes you few months.

Buy the .com, Spend a couple ££ / $$ on a fancy script.. advertise the site like hell so it gets popular. Then sell it... Should sell for big bux.

The .com is taken but I guess I will hold onto this one for a while till I find the time for developing it

.:Edit:. but if I were to not develop it, and sell just the domain what do you guys think I could potentially get out of it?

If you actually add content in it + the necessary scripts, the sale should be around the mid-high double-digit numbers ($XX). That is a very nice domain name as well, try starting it up and sell it later after you get noticed by a few communities.

Reg fee. The fact the .com is taken totally kills the sites potential imo.

I would have to disagree. If the domain was registered with somebody other than him, then I would agree. But, in this case, he registered this himself and maybe he might add the contents and the scripts for a fully-functional tutorial site. If he does and get his site very active and well known, it could be sold for a high price.

My friend did the same thing with some Xbox site which be registered for $4.99 and sold for $300...depends on how well you advertise it and how much content you added to it.

*EDIT* Right now, its pretty much worthless but with the added content and such, it could be worth more

Dejavu that could be said for any domain, on the surface this domain is worthless.
