[WTB] Photoshop Tutorials

I'm working on launching on new tutorial site and was wondering if there are any Photoshop users who know most features on Photoshop and who feel comfortable writing Photoshop tutorials?

This will be an ongoing job, I will probably need around 2 - 5 tutorials a month. I have a list of topics that I would like covered and I'm looking for someone is experienced with Photoshop, familiar when designing web elements and of course someone who writes in good English and is clear.

Payment is via Paypal and I'm willing to pay $10 - $15 per tutorial. If you're interested please send me a PM (If you have a portfolio or have previously written on other sites please include some links).
